1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
The 14-day period applies to the date your order is delivered (tracked delivery date).
All returns must be received by us within 21 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Be in its original, unopened packaging.
Be unused and in resalable condition (no signs of use, tampering, or damage).
Include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Opened or used products are generally non-refundable due to health and hygiene regulations.

4. Refunds
Full Refund: Issued for eligible returns that meet all conditions above.
Partial Refund: May be issued if items are returned in less-than-new condition or missing parts (at our discretion).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge.
Faulty devices may be covered under manufacturer warranty (typically 30–90 days depending on the brand). Proof of purchase is required.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Custom or personalised orders (if applicable).
Products purchased on final sale or clearance (unless defective).
Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
E-liquid flavours that have been opened.
7. How to Return an Item
Contact us first at support@aussiepuffsupply.com.au (or via our website contact form) with your order number and reason for return.
Await return approval and instructions (including return address).
Securely package the item(s) and include a note with your order number.
Ship the return at your own cost (we recommend using tracked shipping).
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. For major failures, you may be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
9. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
